Means from revaluation of remaining balance, except remaining balance of the flour which arrived in the area of the European Union completely to direct to replenishment of own current assets of the companies and organizations.

2. Grant the right to executive bodies on places (hukumata) independently to review the sizes of trade allowances, proceeding from actual costs.

3. Hukumatam of areas, the cities and areas, Tax to mitet under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan to provide to the State committee of the Republic of Tajikistan on contracts and trade, the Ministry of bakery products of the Republic of Tajikistan, Tadzhikmatlubot observance on places of procedure for forming of free prices for the flour, semolina, bread and bakery products realized by business entities of public sector and their justification.

4. To the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan to make the corresponding changes in the Government budget of the Republic of Tajikistan for 1996 following from this resolution.

5. Declare invalid:

Items 2, paragraph two of Item 3 and item 4 of the order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of August 17, 1995 No. 527 "About flour prices, semolina, bread and bakery products";

the order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of August 19, 1995 No. 550 "About trade allowances on flour and semolina".
