About rounding of the free (market) prices, rates and cancellation of restrictions of trade allowances for consumer goods

For the purpose of elimination of negative factors in case of the settlings of trade with buyers caused by lack of change and improvement of financial position of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan trade organizations decides:

1. Determine that on February 21, 1996 free (market) retail prices on consumer goods are rounded in the following procedure: to 50 kopeks are discarded, from 50 kopeks and are rounded to one ruble above:

a) in case of price fixation on new goods;

b) in case of calculation of the free (market) prices with the allowances established as a percentage;

c) in case of change of earlier established free (market) retail prices on consumer goods (reduction of prices, writedown, etc.).

Free wholesale prices (rates) and free selling prices for products, services and goods are rounded in the same procedure.

2. Cancel the operating restrictions of trade allowances for consumer goods (except bread, bakery products, flour and semolina).

3. Declare invalid:
