consider in accordance with the established procedure the draft of the Concept of migration policy of the State Parties of the Commonwealth of Independent States offered by the Republic of Tajikistan.

pursue the approved migration policy;

promote the rights of citizens of the State Parties of the Commonwealth of Independent States to freedom of travel, the choice of the residence, stay and implementation of labor activity;

not allow any discrimination on the basis of floor, race, language, religion and beliefs, political and different views, ethnic or social origin, property or marital status;

give support of ethnic, language, cultural and religious identity of citizens of the State Parties of the Commonwealth of Independent States;

promote forming at citizens of the State Parties of the Commonwealth of Independent States of respect for the legislation, language and culture of adoptive state;
