1. Approve the enclosed requirements to automatic gages and accounting of concentration and amount of waterless alcohol in finished goods, denaturant substances in bioethanol, amount of finished goods.

2. Determine that automatic gages and accounting of concentration and amount of waterless alcohol in finished goods, denaturant substances in bioethanol, amount of finished goods shall conform to requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation on ensuring unity of measurements and provide for each name of finished goods information transfer on information telecommunication networks according to the list and format approved by Federal Service for Alcohol Market Regulation in technical means of fixing and information transfer about production volume of ethyl alcohol, alcoholic and alcohol-containing products in Unified State Automated Information System of accounting of production volume and turnover of ethyl alcohol, alcoholic and alcohol-containing products (further - technical means of fixing) which equip the capital processing equipment.

3. To the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation in coordination with the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation to approve procedure for equipment of the capital processing equipment for production of ethyl alcohol, alcoholic and alcohol-containing products by automatic gages and accounting of concentration and amount of waterless ethyl alcohol in finished goods, amount of finished goods in a month.

4. To the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation to approve the list of information transferred by automatic gages and accounting of concentration and amount of waterless alcohol in finished goods, amount of finished goods in technical means of fixing in a month.

5. To the Federal Tax Service to approve in 2-month time format of information transferred by automatic gages and accounting of concentration and amount of waterless alcohol in finished goods, amount of finished goods in technical means of fixing.

Requirements to automatic gages and accounting of concentration and amount of waterless alcohol in finished goods, denaturant substances in bioethanol, amount of finished goods

1. Automatic gages and accounting of concentration and amount of waterless alcohol in finished goods, denaturant substances in bioethanol of amount of finished goods are subdivided into the following types:

a) automatic gages and accounting of concentration and amount of waterless alcohol in finished goods, amount of finished goods;

b) automatic gages and accounting of amount of finished goods;

c) automatic gages and accounting of concentration and amount of waterless alcohol in pharmaceutical substance of alcohol ethyl (ethanol), amount of pharmaceutical substance of alcohol of ethyl (ethanol);

d) automatic gages and accounting of concentration of denaturant substances in bioethanol.

2. The automatic gages specified in the subitem "an" of Item 1 of these requirements shall provide measurement and accounting of the following indicators:

a) amount of finished goods in decalitres;

b) amount of waterless (100 percent) alcohol in finished goods in decalitres;

c) quantity of the finished goods poured in consumer pack;

d) concentration of waterless alcohol in finished goods as a percentage.

3. The automatic gages specified in the subitem "b" of Item 1 of these requirements shall provide measurement and accounting of the following indicators:

a) amount of finished goods in decalitres;

b) quantity of the finished goods poured in consumer pack.

3(1). The automatic gages specified in the subitem "v" of Item 1 of these requirements shall provide measurement and accounting of the following indicators:

a) amount of pharmaceutical substance of alcohol of ethyl (ethanol), decalitres;

b) amount of waterless (100 percent) alcohol in pharmaceutical substance of alcohol ethyl (ethanol), decalitres;

c) concentration of waterless alcohol in pharmaceutical substance of alcohol ethyl (ethanol), percent.

3(2). The automatic gages specified in the subitem "g" of Item 1 of these requirements shall provide measurement and accounting of concentration of denaturant substances in bioethanol, percent.

5. The automatic gages specified in subitems "an" and "b" of Item 1 of these requirements shall provide for each name of finished goods:

a) measurement of amount of finished goods with relative error of no more 0,5 of percent;

b) measurement of concentration of waterless alcohol in finished goods with absolute error of no more 0,5 of percent of amount of finished goods;

c) temperature measurement of finished goods with absolute error of no more 0,5 of degree Celsius;

d) accounting of amount of waterless alcohol in finished goods:

with content of ethyl alcohol at least 38 percent of amount of finished goods with relative error of no more 0,8 of percent;

with content of ethyl alcohol from 20 to 38 percent of amount of finished goods with relative error of no more 1,5 of percent;

with content of ethyl alcohol from 9 to 20 percent of amount of finished goods with relative error no more than 3 percent;

with content of ethyl alcohol less than 9 percent of amount of finished goods with relative error no more than 4 percent;

e) accounting of quantity of finished goods for products poured in consumer pack with variation of no more 0,01 of percent;

e) accounting of results of measurement of amount of finished goods, amount of waterless alcohol in finished goods and quantities of the finished goods poured in consumer pack, the accruing result from the moment of equipment of the capital processing equipment by them for production of ethyl alcohol, alcoholic and alcohol-containing products (further - the capital processing equipment), including for every day;
