About the state registration of copyright and agreements concerning property rights on the work
In pursuance of the Law of Ukraine "About copyright and the related right" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. No. 1315 is excluded according to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 23.12.2020
2. Approve applied:
the paragraph two is excluded according to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 11.08.2023 No. 843
the amount of charges for preparation for state registration of copyright and the agreements concerning property rights on the work.
3. Recognize invalid:
the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 18, 1995 No. 532 "About state registration of the rights of the author to works of science, literature and art" (the joint venture of Ukraine, 1995, No. 10, the Art. 247), with preserving the amount of collection for registration and issue of the certificate on state registration of the rights of the author to the work;
the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 23, 1998 No. 1849 "About modification and amendments in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 18, 1995 No. 532 "About state registration of the rights of the author to works of science, literature and art" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 1998, No. 47, the Art. 1727).

2. The amount of the collection which is subject to payment is determined proceeding from minimum of the income of citizens free of taxes on the date of collection payment, vgrivnyakh.
Foreigners and stateless persons according to international treaties or based on the principle of reciprocity have the rights, identical with citizens of Ukraine, provided by this Procedure.
The amount of collection does not join in the cost of the services connected with egouplaty.
3. Payment of collection is conducted through bank institutions.
4. Means from payment of collection are enlisted in the budget according to the procedure, established by the Budget code of Ukraine.
5. The national authority on intellectual property records documents on payment of collection and on results of check of their compliance to the established requirements.
6. The document on payment of collection is the copy of the settlement document on paper with mark of bank institution (the payment order, the cash register receipt, the receipt, etc.) where are specified the payer, type and the amount of the fee paid, surname, name, middle name of the author and the name of the work (the short name of the work).
The document on payment of collection shall arrive in National authority of intellectual property together with the statement (petition) for making of the corresponding action connected with state registration of copyright and the agreements concerning property rights on the work and is valid:
within three months from the date of collection payment provided that vetot term the amount of the corresponding collection remained invariable;
within one month from the date of enforcement of the changed amount of collection.
7. The amount of collection returns to the payer:
partially - in case of payment of collection in bigger size, than it is provided by this Procedure;
completely - in case the request is not taken cognizance according to this Procedure.
The amount of collection returns provided that the application for return is submitted to Ministry of Economics within one year from the date of transfer of the specified amount of the budget, taking into account cost recovery for its return.
The means which are subject to return according to the petition of the payer can be offset on account of collection which the payer shall bring for making of intellectual property of other action by National authority. The procedure for transfer of means is determined by Ministry of Economics.
8. Calculation of terms of provision to Public service of the document on payment of collection is carried out in the following procedure:
