3. Permit the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Tajikistan to have 3 deputy ministers, including one first and to create board as a part of 9 people.

Establish to the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Tajikistan limit of office cars in number of 21 units, including to central office of 7 units,

4. To perform financing of central office and the bodies provided in the scheme of management of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Tajikistan at the expense of means of the republican budget.

5. Create under the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Tajikistan Public service on supervision in the sphere of work, employment and social protection of the population, the State agency of social protection, employment of the population and migration and the State agency of social insurance and pension.

6. To the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Tajikistan in two-month time:

- develop provisions of the bodies specified in the scheme of management of the Ministry and submit the Governments of the Republic of Tajikistan for consideration;

- provide offers on modification and amendments to industry regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Tajikistan;
