3. Approve:

Regulations on approval procedure on transit movement through the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan of alcoholic and tobacco products according to appendix No. 1;

Regulations on procedure for introduction into the deposit account of customs authorities of the Republic of Uzbekistan of cash cover of customs payment concerning the alcoholic and tobacco products moved with transit through the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix No. 2.

4. To Central Bank together with the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan till October 10, 2007 to determine authorized banks by servicing of deposit accounts of customs authorities.

5. To the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan through diplomatic representations abroad to inform in accordance with the established procedure the Ministries of Foreign Affairs of the relevant states on introduction of amendments to the legislation on transit movement of goods through the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

6. Declare invalid the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan of November 12, 1997 No. 509 "About measures for strengthening of control of the excise goods transported through customs area of the Republic of Uzbekistan".

7. To the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan jointly the Ministry of Justice and other interested ministries and departments to make in the Cabinet of Ministers offers on the changes and amendments in the legislation following from this resolution in a month.

To provide to the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan reduction of regulations of the ministries and departments in compliance with this resolution.

8. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan Mirziyoev Sh. M.

Regulations on approval procedure on transit movement through the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan of alcoholic and tobacco products

descriptions of goods, its quantities (amount, weight, units) and costs;

countries of goods' origin, points of departure and appointment;

names of the producer of goods, sender and receiver;

type of the used transport;

the planned terms of transit movement;

check points through Frontier of the Republic of Uzbekistan through which commodity importation is planned for the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan and export from it;

expected route of transit movement on the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

The copy of the contract (contract) for delivery of goods, certificates of country of source and compliance, the planned schedule of transportations (are enclosed to the application when implementing transit by several batches), and also confirmation of authorized body of the state in which the goods, about state registration of the receiver of goods arrive.

3. The Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan within three working days sends to the copy of the arrived documents for receipt of the conclusions in:

State Customs Committee;

State Tax Committee;

The Uzbek agency of road transport - when implementing transit movement by road transport;

GAZhK "Uzbekiston Temir Yullar" - when implementing transit movement by railway transport.

4. The departments specified in Item 3 this provision within ten working days from the moment of receipt of documents represent to the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan the conclusion about possibility of transit according to the data specified in the statement.

5. The Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan within three working days from the moment of receipt of the positive conclusions of the relevant departments issues to the interested person permission about transit movement of goods. Such permission is drawn up in the form of the order of the Cabinet of Ministers with indication of in it:

descriptions of goods, its quantities (amount, weight, units) and costs;

countries of goods' origin, points of departure and appointment;

names of the producer of goods, sender and receiver;

type of the used transport;
