Rules of interaction of state bodies on exchange of information for the purposes of maintaining legal and other inventories

1. General provisions

1. These rules of interaction of state bodies on exchange of information for the purposes of maintaining legal and other inventories (further - Rules) are developed according to the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 26, 2007 "About state registration of the rights to real estate.

2. Rules determine order of interaction of authorized bodies by exchange of information for the purposes of maintaining legal and other inventories.

11. In case of absence at state bodies of unified information system at the republican level, exchange of information, necessary for the purposes of maintaining legal and other inventories, will be performed after introduction of such system.

12. Before transition of authorized bodies to unified information system, exchange of information it is possible by provision of necessary data on paper and (or) electronic media.

13. The structure of the transmitted data, the modes and methods of data transmission, the transfer time modes, formats of data are established by the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan in coordination with authorized bodies.

14. If necessary, the transferred data are certified by the electronic and digital signature.

15. The authorized bodies listed in Item 3 of these rules communicate on a grant basis.
