About approval of the Instruction for application of Classification of inventories and resources of minerals of the state fund of subsoil to fields of sand and gravel
According to article 7 of the Law of Ukraine "About the public geological service of Ukraine", the subitem 16 of item 4 of the Regulations on State commission of Ukraine on inventories of minerals approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 10, 2000 N 1689, and Item 7 of the Classification of inventories and resources of minerals of the state fund of subsoil approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 5, 1997 N 432, for the purpose of establishment of single requirements to geological studying, geological economic evaluation of fields of sand and gravel and conditions of determination of their readiness to industrial development I ORDER:
1. Approve the Instruction for application of Classification of inventories and resources of minerals of the state fund of subsoil to fields of sand and gravel it (is applied).
2. The instruction becomes effective since August 1, 2007.
3. With entry into force of the Instruction to consider the "Instruction for application of classification of inventories to fields of sand and gravel" approved by the chairman of the State Commission on Mineral Reserves of the USSR on August 20, 1982 who is not applied in the territory of Ukraine.
4. To department of nonmetallic minerals (Lysenko V. V.):
4.1. Provide this order on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure.
4.2. In ten-day time after state registration to provide replication and the direction of this order to the companies and organizations which represent materials of geological economic evaluation of fields of sand and gravel for state examination.
5. I reserve control over the implementation of the order.

1.1. This Instruction establishes: single requirements to geological study of the reconnoitered fields (sites) of sand and gravel; the principles of distribution of inventories of fields on their industrial value, technical and economic and geological study; the principles of stock counting of sand and gravel, geological economic evaluation of fields according to the level of their industrial value; conditions which determine readiness to industrial development of the reconnoitered fields of sand and gravel.
1.2. Requirements of the Instruction are obligatory for accomplishment by the companies, organizations and organizations of all patterns of ownership and subordination which perform planning, financing, accomplishment of exploration works on search and investigation of sand and gravel, designing of development and mining (industrial development) on fields of sand and gravel.
The instruction is developed according to the following acts of the legislation and state standards:
The code of Ukraine about subsoil;
