About measures for further enhancement of interaction of bodies of the public and economic board, the government on places with legal entities and physical persons with use of information and communication technologies

In pursuance of the Resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of July 8, 2005 No. PP-117 "About additional measures for further development of information and communication technologies", for the purpose of increase in efficiency of activities of bodies of the public and economic board, the government on places, ensuring efficiency of their interaction with physical persons and legal entities by means of use of information and communication technologies, and also decides ensuring broad access to the services provided by bodies of the public and economic board, the government on places the Cabinet of Ministers:

1. Approve:

2. Assign maintaining the Register of interactive state services to the Ministry of development of information technologies and communications of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

3. To the ministries, departments, Council of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, khokimiyats of areas and Tashkent:

in three-months time to develop and approve actions plans on ensuring rendering interactive state services with use of information and communication technologies;

take measures for rendering and expansion of the provided interactive state services, providing for legal entities and physical persons of high-quality access to interactive state services, increase in efficiency of functioning of bodies of the public and economic board, the government on places by broad application of information and communication technologies;

introduce in the Ministry of development of information technologies and communications of the Republic of Uzbekistan information on the provided interactive state services, and also offers on expected interactive state services for their further inclusion in the Register of interactive state services.

4. To the ministry of development of information technologies and communications of the Republic of Uzbekistan as required together with the ministries and departments to make the generalized offers on modification of the Register of basic interactive state services in the Cabinet of Ministers.

5. The republican commission on coordination of implementation of the Comprehensive program of development of National information and communication system of the Republic of Uzbekistan for 2013 - 2020 systematically to consider at the meetings condition of works on rendering by bodies the public and economic board, the government on places of interactive state services with use of information and communication technologies, including on implementation of electronic document management systems and integration of information systems of bodies of the public and economic board, the government at places.

6. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the Deputy prime minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan Aripov A. N.
