7. Terms of entry into force of the acts of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic containing the data constituting the state secrets and which are not subject to publication are determined in case of their signing.
II. To the government of the Kyrgyz Republic to resolve the financial issues connected with the edition of "The collection of acts of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic".
III. The decree becomes effective from the moment of signing.
