According to the Laws of Ukraine "About the State Border Service of Ukraine", "About information", "About information security in information and telecommunication systems", "About the National program of informatization", "About the concept of the National program of informatization", "About elections of People's Deputies of Ukraine", Regulations on procedure for provision and accomplishment of orders of law enforcement and prospecting agencies by it concerning persons who cross frontier of Ukraine the approved resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 22, 2001 N 35, I ORDER to the State Border Service:
1. Approve Regulations on the "Information about Persons Which Crossed Frontier of Ukraine" database (further - the Provision) which are applied.
2. In accordance with the established procedure to submit to management of communication and informatization of Department of protection of frontier together with legal support division of International legal department this order on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
