In pursuance of Item 58 of the National plan of the main directions (actions) for realization of annual 2005-2007 of messages of the Head of state to the people of Kazakhstan approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 6, 2007 No. 310, of Item 352 of the Actions plan on execution of the National plan of the main directions (actions) for realization of annual 2005-2007 of messages of the Head of state to the people of Kazakhstan and the Program of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan for 2007 - 2009 years approved by the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 20, 2007 the No. 319 Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:

1. Approve the enclosed Actions plan on ensuring transition of all legal entities to the international accounting standards (IAS) for 2007-2009 (further - the Plan).

2. To the central and local executive bodies, actionees Plana and other state bodies:

provide proper and timely execution of the Plan;

annually till the April 25 following after accounting year to provide information on the course of accomplishment of the Plan in the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. Annually till the July 25 following after accounting year to provide to the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan summary information on the course of accomplishment of the Plan in the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

5. This resolution becomes effective after ten calendar days from the date of its first official publication.
