About procedure for representation to registering body of data on availability (absence) at the individual entrepreneur of debt on obligatory payments in republican and local budgets and (or) in the state trust budget and off-budget funds

Based on subitem 5.10 of Item 5 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Taxes and Tax Collection of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 31, 2001 No. 1592 "Questions of the Ministry of Taxes and Tax Collection of the Republic of Belarus" and according to Item 8 of the Regulations on procedure for creation by the individual entrepreneur of the private unitary enterprise and its activities approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of June 28, 2007 No. 302, the Ministry of Taxes and Tax Collection of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Determine that:

1.1. data on availability (absence) at the individual entrepreneur of debt on obligatory payments in republican and local budgets and (or) in the state trust budget and off-budget funds (further - data on debt) are represented by inspection of the Ministry of Taxes and Tax Collection of the Republic of Belarus (further - inspection of the Ministry of Taxes and Tax Collection) to registering body in form according to appendix to this resolution;

1.2. the basis for submission of data on debt is the request of registering body;

1.3. data on debt are filled in based on the subject payments and actually paid amounts of taxes, charges (duties), assignments, penalty fee, economic sanctions and administrative penalties, other obligatory payments this personal account of the individual entrepreneur about in republican and local budgets and (or) in the state trust budget and off-budget funds without conducting check of its financial and economic activities;

1.4. data on debt are filled in in duplicate. The first copy goes to registering body no later than three working days from the date of receipt of request of registering body, the second copy together with request of registering body is stored in case of the individual entrepreneur.

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
