1. Approve the enclosed list of the organizations and objects on which the fire service is without fail created.
2. Declare invalid:
1) the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of February 27, 2004 No. 239 "About approval of the list of the organizations and objects on which the fire service" (by SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2004, No. 10, the Art. 129) is without fail created;
2) Item of 15 changes and additions which are made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, approved by the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 30, 2005 No. 662 "About modification and amendments and recognition voided some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2005, No. 27, the Art. 341).
3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of official publication.
