About approval of the Regulations on the territorial center of completing by contract servicemen
According to part eight of article 1 of the Law of Ukraine "About conscription and military service" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Approve Regulations on the territorial center of completing by contract servicemen which are applied.
2. To the Ministry of Defence:
perform the expenses connected with formation and content in 2008 of the territorial centers of completing by contract servicemen for the account and within the means provided to the Ministry of Defence in the Government budget of Ukraine for 2008 for carrying out mobilization work and conscription and other military forming, and also completing of Armed Forces by contract servicemen;
prepare and submit to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine proposals concerning modification of the Regulations on military commissariats approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 26, 2001 N1235 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2001, N 39, the Art. 1736), regarding refining of functions of military commissariats in connection with adoption of this resolution.
3. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2008.
