2. To management of construction programs (Malysheva S. N.) in accordance with the established procedure to provide consideration of the corresponding appeals of executive bodies of subjects of the Russian Federation to Federal agency on construction and housing and communal services (Rosstroy) with preparation of offers to the Head of Rosstroy.
3. I reserve control of execution of this order.
