In pursuance of Law No. 228 provisions of September 23, 2010 on protection of plants and phytosanitary quarantine, the Law on the mode of harmful products and the substances N1236-XIII of July 3, 1997 and the Law on the means of phytosanitary appointment and means increasing fertility of the soil, N119-XV of April 22, 2004 and also for the purpose of strengthening of the state supervision and control of import, storage, realization and application of means of phytosanitary appointment and the means increasing fertility of the soil, the Government DECIDES:

1. Approve Regulations on import, storage, realization, and application of means of phytosanitary appointment and the means increasing fertility of the soil according to the appendix N1.

2. Ceased to be valid according to the Order of the Government of the Republic of Moldova of 17.10.2018 No. 938

3. To the Ministry of Agriculture, regional development and the environment to assign to one of subordinated accredited toxicological laboratories of function on coordination of activities for quality control of means of phytosanitary appointment and on one accredited laboratory of function on coordination of agrochemical, agroecotoxicological, agroradiological researches on determination of quality of the means increasing fertility of the soil, and also fertility of soils.

4. The Customs Service will provide the permanent admission of on-line to statistical databases containing information on import of means of phytosanitary appointment and means, increasing fertility of soils, for accomplishment of the state supervision and control of work with these means according to the procedure and in shape, established jointly.

5. Recognize invalid some orders of the Government according to the appendix N2.

Regulations on import, storage, realization and application of means of phytosanitary appointment and the means increasing fertility of the soil (further - the Provision), are developed on the basis of the Law No. 228 of September 23, 2010 on protection of plants and phytosanitary quarantine (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2010, Art.
