About approval of the additional list of taxpayers which writes off penalty fee and penalties

The parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. 1. - Approve the additional list of taxpayers which as of December 31, 2004 writes off the tax liabilities in the amount of 231,9 of one thousand lei, including penalty fee in the amount of 226,4 of one thousand lei and penalties in the amount of 5,5 of one thousand lei, according to appendix which is integral part of this law.

Art. 2. - To the tax authorities administering the tax liabilities of the taxpayers specified in appendix to provide reflection of write-off of penalty fee and penalties in System of accounting of the State Tax Administration.

Art. 3. - To consider income gained as a result of write-off of penalty fee and penalties nontaxable income.
