About drinking water supply

This Law establishes the legal basis of drinking water supply and is directed to requirements satisfaction of legal entities and physical persons, including individual entrepreneurs, in drinking water.
For the purposes of this Law the following main terms and their determinations are used:
the subscriber - the legal entity, the individual entrepreneur to whom the service of water supply by the organization of water and sewer economy based on the service provision agreement of water supply is rendered;
conduit - the transit pipeline for collection and supply of drinking water connecting separate constructions of system of drinking water supply and intended for transportation of drinking water from water intaking construction to water supply system;
water supply systems - system of pipelines and constructions on them intended for transportation of drinking water to places of its consumption;
water constructions - complex of the constructions and devices (pumping points, stations of preparation of drinking water, reservoirs, water supply systems, water towers) intended for preparation, storage, transportation, distribution and supply of drinking water to places of its consumption;
waterway - the superficial water object which is characterized by movement of water in the direction of bias;
pollution of sources of drinking water supply - receipt in sources of drinking water supply of substances which lead to violation of hygienic standard rates in sources of drinking water supply;
contamination of sources of drinking water supply - hit in sources of drinking water supply of solid waste and other objects;
zone of sanitary protection - the territory and (or) the water area in which borders the specific mode of economic and other activity for the purpose of protection of sources of drinking water supply from pollution is set, contaminations, and water constructions - from damage;
the source of drinking water supply - water object (its part) which water is used or can be used in systems of drinking water supply;
water consumption limit - the maximum permissible amount of the drinking water consumed from centralized system of drinking water supply established for a certain period of time for the specific subscriber;
not centralized system of drinking water supply - separately located constructions and devices (mine well, piping, tubular well) intended for use of drinking water;
water consumption regulation - amount of drinking water from centralized system of drinking water supply, necessary for satisfaction of needs of the consumer, the subscriber within a day in the specific settlement in case of normal functioning of centralized system of drinking water supply;
standard rates of safety of drinking water - set of the indicators established by hygienic standard rates ensuring safety of drinking water in the epidemic relation on microbiological (biological) indicators in the radiation relation, harmlessness on chemical composition and favorable organoleptic properties;
the organization of water and sewer economy - the legal entity performing operation of systems of drinking water supply and (or) rendering service of water supply based on the service provision agreement of water supply;
drinking water - water which corresponds to standard rates of safety of drinking water;
drinking water supply - providing legal entities and physical persons, including individual entrepreneurs, drinking water;
the superficial source of drinking water supply - superficial water object (its part) which water after preparation is used or can be used in centralized systems of drinking water supply;
