About complex reconstruction of quarters (residential districts) of obsolete housing stock
This Law determines the legal, economic, social and organizational principles of carrying out complex reconstruction of quarters (residential districts) with replacement of obsolete housing and not housing funds.
In this Law terms are used in the following value:
the owner of the residential (non-residential) room - the physical or legal entity who acquired the property right to the residential (non-residential) room on the bases which are not prohibited by the law;
the obsolete housing stock - set of objects of housing to five floors, except farmstead building which on technical condition do not conform to modern normative requirements for safe and comfortable accommodation which deadline of operation expired or depreciation of the basic constructional elements of which constitutes at least 60 percent;
the investment project of complex reconstruction of quarters (residential districts) of obsolete housing stock - set of the organizational, financial and technical measures performed under the investment agreement which standard form affirms the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine;
the investor builder - the physical or legal entity financing construction according to the procedure, established by the legislation;
temporary housing stock - the housing stock created by the investor builder for own means and intended for temporary residence of citizens for the period of carrying out reconstruction of housing of obsolete housing stock;
object of reconstruction of obsolete housing stock - quarter (residential district) of obsolete housing stock;
houses, unsuitable for accommodation, - residential buildings which according to the legislation are acknowledged emergency or shabby;
