1. Approve Regulations on state regulation of number resource of telecommunication network public of Ukraine.
2. To provide to department of telecommunications together with Legal management this decision on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. Declare invalid the decision of the National commission on questions of regulation of communication of Ukraine of 05.08.05 No. 42 "About approval of the Regulations on procedure of state regulation of number resource", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 13.09.05 for No. 1040/11320 (with changes).
