3. This resolution becomes effective after 6 months from the date of its official publication.

Changes which are made to the acts of the Government of the Russian Federation regulating questions of drug trafficking

1. In the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of March 16, 1996 N278 "About Procedure for Import to the Russian Federation and Export from the Russian Federation of Drugs, Strong and Toxic Agents" (The Russian Federation Code, 1996, N 13, Art. 1350; 2003, N 15, Art. 1372; 2004, N 8, Art. 663; Art.
