About the special mode of investing activities in the territory of the city of Kharkiv

This Law determines procedure for introduction and functioning of the special mode of investing activities in priority types of economic activity in the territory of the city of Kharkiv.

Article 1. Determination of terms

In this Law terms are used in the following value:

restructuring of the company is implementation of the organizational and economic, legal, technical measures directed to changes of structure of the company, its management, pattern of ownership, form of business for the purpose of financial improvement of the company, growth in volumes of release of competitive products, increase in production efficiency;

reshaping of the company - change of technology of production process for release of new products (performance of works, rendering services);

reconstruction of the company - the re-equipment of the existing production capacities connected with enhancement of production and increase in its technical and economic level on the basis of scientific and technical achievements, performed on the complex project of reconstruction of the company for the purpose of increase in production capacities, improvement of quality and change of the product range in case of improvement of working conditions and protection of the surrounding environment.

Article 2. The purpose of introduction of the special mode of investing activities in priority types of economic activity in the territory of the city of Kharkiv

The special mode of investing activities in the territory of the city of Kharkiv (further - special regime of investing activities) is introduced for the purpose of investment attraction for development of priority types of economic activity in the territory of the city of Kharkiv.
