Procedure for the state registration of pesticides and agrochemicals

I. General provisions

1. The state registration of pesticides and agrochemicals is performed according to this Procedure.

2. Pesticides and agrochemicals on which in necessary amount registration testing are carried out are subject to the state registration and positive expert reports of federal executive bodies by results of registration testing are obtained.

3. The procedure of the state registration of pesticides and agrochemicals includes:

a) organization of registration testing of pesticide or agrochemical;

b) organization and conducting examination of regulations of use of pesticide or agrochemical;

c) organization and conducting examination of results of registration testing of pesticide or agrochemical;

d) state registration of pesticide or agrochemical;

e) issue of the certificate on the state registration of pesticide or agrochemical to the applicant;

e) entering of pesticide or agrochemical into the State catalog of the pesticides and agrochemicals allowed for use in the territory of the Russian Federation.

II. Organization and carrying out registration testing of pesticide or agrochemical

5. The organization of carrying out registration testing is performed by the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation.
