1. Approve the enclosed Procedure for provision to passengers of range of services whose cost joins in fare in superliner cars.

Declare invalid the order of Ministry of Railways of Russia of October 01, 2001 of N32 "About Classification of Superliner Cars and Procedure for Provision to Passengers of Services Which Cost Joins in Fare" (it is registered by the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation on November 30, 2001, registration N 3062).

Procedure for provision to passengers of range of services whose cost joins in fare in superliner cars

1. This Procedure establishes the procedure of provision to passengers of range of services whose cost joins in fare in the superliner cars going as a part of intercity trains (further - superliner cars).

2. Information on services which cost joins in fare provided in superliner cars, free of charge is brought by carrier to the attention of passengers through mass media in case of execution of travel documents (tickets) and in superliner cars with use of wall data carriers, special information stands and reference books.

3. In case of acquisition of the travel document (ticket) by the passenger the fare which structure joins the cost of the services rendered in superliner cars is paid.

4. Power supply provision to passengers in superliner cars is performed according to the engineering procedures of provision of uninterruptible power supply to passengers in superliner cars determined by carrier for each passenger train individually taking into account the schedule of its movement and duration of finding of passengers along the line. The structure, quantity and types of the food allowances included in range of services, provided to passengers in superliner cars is determined by carrier.

5. Power supply provision to passengers in superliner cars is performed according to requirements of the sanitary regulations and regulations approved in accordance with the established procedure. Delivery of food allowances to passengers is performed by workers of dining cars (cars cafe) and (or) conductors of luxury passenger rail cars directly to locations of passengers in these cars.

6. For the organization of vegetarian power supply, at the request of passengers, replacement of dishes of culinary products from vegetables and fruit is provided.

Provision of printed materials to passengers in superliner cars is performed by conductors of passenger rail cars with delivery of sets of printed publicity materials to locations of passengers in superliner cars. The structure of the sets of printed materials recommended for inclusion in range of services, provided in superliner cars is determined by carrier.

8. The daily newspapers included in set of printed materials in superliner cars are replaced daily.

9. Provision to passengers of sets of objects of sanitary and hygienic assignment is performed by conductors of luxury passenger rail cars with respect for sanitary standards and rules. Set of objects of sanitary and hygienic assignment provided to passengers in superliner cars is determined by carrier.

10. For ensuring personal security of passengers the additional measures consisting accompanied the staff of security divisions on all rout to follow of the train with superliner cars are performed.
