About legal regime of the property providing activities of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine

This Law determines procedure for ownership, use and order of the property providing activities of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.

Article 1. Management of the state-owned property which is according to the legislation of Ukraine on balance or under the authority of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine and providing its activities (complete property complexes of the companies and organizations, their structural divisions, at home, of construction, etc.), is performed by bodies and according to the procedure, determined by the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.

Article 2. The order (alienation) and transfer of the state-owned property providing activities of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine and being on its balance or in maintaining are made only according to the decision of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.

Article 3. With enforcement of this Law the laws of Ukraine, decrees of the Cabinet of Ministers, the resolution of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine and its bodies concerning legal regime of the property providing activities of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted earlier is effective in the parts which are not contradicting this Law.

Article 4. This Law becomes effective from the date of its publication.
