Article 1. The debt on payment of the land tax which developed for December 31, 1997 on the parcels of land occupied with airfields, grounds, experienced and test stations, the completed embankments and shops of dangerous productions of the companies of the aviation, space-rocket, ship-building industry and the companies which make military equipment and ammunition according to the list approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine is written off as hopeless to payment.
Article 2. Penalties are not applied and the penalty fee, stipulated by the legislation Ukraine, for untimely payment of the land tax for 1997 on the parcels of land specified in article 1 of this Law is not levied.
