About abolition of some public vessels

According to article 17 of the Federal constitutional Law of December 31, 1996 N1-FKZ "About Judicial System of the Russian Federation" and article 1 of the Federal constitutional Law of June 23, 1999 N1-FKZ "About Public Vessels of the Russian Federation":

1) to abolish the 4th district military court. Transfer the questions of implementation of justice relating to maintaining the 4th district military court to jurisdiction of the Moscow District Military Court and 3rd district military court;

2) to abolish the Belgorod garrison military court. Transfer to jurisdiction of the Znamensk garrison military court and the 94th garrison military court questions of implementation of justice concerning the military garrisons deployed in the territory of their jurisdiction, troops, military forming and bodies in which the Federal Law provides military service, belonging to maintaining the Belgorod garrison military court;

3) to abolish the Biysk garrison military court. Refer the justice implementation matters relating to maintaining the Biysk garrison military court in jurisdiction of the Barnaul garrison military court;

4) to abolish Korfovsky garrison military court. Transfer to jurisdiction of Komsomolsk-on-Amur, Ussuriysk, Khabarovsk and 35th garrison public courts questions of implementation of justice concerning the military garrisons deployed in the territory of their jurisdiction, troops, military forming and bodies in which the Federal Law provides military service, belonging to maintaining Korfovsky garrison military court;

5) to abolish the Kronstadt garrison military court. Refer the justice implementation matters relating to maintaining the Kronstadt garrison military court in jurisdiction of the 224th garrison military court;

6) to abolish Mulinsky garrison military court. Refer the justice implementation matters relating to maintaining Mulinsky garrison military court in jurisdiction of the Nizhny Novgorod garrison military court;

7) to abolish the Nakhodka garrison military court. Refer the justice implementation matters relating to maintaining the Nakhodka garrison military court in jurisdiction of Fokinsky garrison military court;

8) to abolish Nizhneturinsky garrison military court. Transfer to jurisdiction of the 94th garrison military court and the 101st garrison military court questions of implementation of justice concerning the military garrisons deployed in the territory of their jurisdiction, troops, military forming and bodies in which the Federal Law provides military service, belonging to maintaining Nizhneturinsky garrison military court;

9) to abolish Island garrison military court. Refer the justice implementation matters relating to maintaining Island garrison military court in jurisdiction of the North Sea garrison military court;

10) to abolish the Sretenka garrison military court. Transfer to jurisdiction of Borzinsky garrison military court and Chita garrison military court questions of implementation of justice concerning the military garrisons deployed in the territory of their jurisdiction, troops, military forming and bodies in which the Federal Law provides military service, belonging to maintaining the Sretenka garrison military court;

11) to abolish the Surgut garrison military court. Refer the justice implementation matters relating to maintaining the Surgut garrison military court in jurisdiction of the Tyumen garrison military court;

12) to abolish Timonovsky garrison military court. Transfer to jurisdiction of the Vladimir, Voronezh, Kaluga, Kursk, Nizhny Novgorod, Odintsovo, Ryazan, Smolensk, Tambov, Tver, Tula and 94th garrison public courts questions of implementation of justice concerning the military garrisons deployed in the territory of their jurisdiction, troops, military forming and bodies in which the Federal Law provides military service, belonging to maintaining Timonovsky garrison military court;

13) to abolish Cherepovets garrison military court. Transfer to jurisdiction of the Krasnoznamensk, Mirnensky and 95th garrison public courts questions of implementation of justice concerning the military garrisons deployed in the territory of their jurisdiction, troops, military forming and bodies in which the Federal Law provides military service, belonging to maintaining Cherepovets garrison military court;

14) to abolish the 77th garrison military court. Refer the justice implementation matters relating to maintaining the 77th garrison military court in jurisdiction of the Kaliningrad garrison military court;

15) to abolish the 238th garrison military court. Transfer to jurisdiction of the Balashikha, Bryansk, Velikonovgorodsky, Vladimir, Volgograd, Vologda, Voronezh, Kursk, Moscow, Nizhny Novgorod, Odintsovo, Smolensk, Solnechnogorsk, Tambov, Tver, Tula and Yaroslavl garrison public courts questions of implementation of justice concerning the military garrisons deployed in the territory of their jurisdiction, troops, military forming and bodies in which the Federal Law provides military service, belonging to maintaining the 238th garrison military court;

16) to Judicial department under the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation to perform the organizational actions connected with abolition of the 4th district military court, and also the Belgorod, Biysk, Korfovsky, Kronstadt, Mulinsky, Nakhodka, Nizhneturinsky, Island, Sretenka, Surgut, Timonovsky, Cherepovets, 77th and 238th garrison public courts.
