6. To Turkmengaz state concern in 2 weeks time to develop and submit for approval in the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan the project of the Regulations on Concern.

7. Assign to Turkmengaz State concern of function on natural gas export.

8. Permit Turkmengaz State concern to perform indemnification of the Associations "Turkmengazupchinchilik" and "Turkmengazakdyrysh" connected with gas sale in Turkmenistan at regulated prices according to the estimate approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan with their reference on cost of natural gas production.

9.
