Regulations on use of special technical devices in case of leave of alcohol ethyl denatured (alcohol technical) for requirements of predpriyatiyproizvoditel of products of organic synthesis

1. General provisions

1.1. This Provision is developed for the purpose of control by special technical devices which fix data in electronic form on amount of alcohol ethyl denatured (alcohol technical) and use of denaturant additives in case of its shipment for requirements of the companies - producers of products of organic synthesis.

Action of this provision extends to the state companies - producers of alcohol ethyl denatured (alcohol technical) for requirements of the companies - producers of products of organic synthesis according to appendix 1 to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 6, 2006 of N788.

1.2. The provision determines the mechanism of control of amounts of alcohol technical, taken on denaturation, fixings of these data in electronic form and use of denaturant additives in case of shipment of alcohol ethyl denatured (alcohol technical) for requirements of the companies - producers of products of organic synthesis.

1.3. Unit of measure of alcohol ethyl denatured (alcohol technical) is the decalitre of waterless alcohol (gave B. page) at temperature + the 20th hail. Page.
