About recalculation of the amount of monthly pension supplement to persons replacing the state positions of the Russian Federation, to persons replacing positions in state governing bodies of USSR and RSFSR, to the citizens of the Russian Federation replacing positions in the office of Executive Committee of the Union of Belarus and Russia, the Secretariat of the Parliamentary Meeting of the Union of Belarus and Russia, Interstate economic committee of Economic union and Interstate statistical committee of the Commonwealth of Independent States

1. To provide to the government of the Russian Federation:

a) recalculation since January 1, 2007 of the amount of earlier established monthly pension supplement:

to persons replacing the state positions of the Russian Federation and persons replacing positions in state governing bodies of USSR and RSFSR based on Item 7 of the Presidential decree of the Russian Federation of August 16, 1995 N854 "About Some Social Guarantees to Persons Replacing the State Positions of the Russian Federation and the State Positions of the Federal State Service" and Item 5 of the Presidential decree of the Russian Federation of April 1, 1996 N467 "About Surcharge to National Pension to Persons Replacing Positions in State Governing Bodies of USSR and RSFSR" - proceeding from increase in the size of the monetary reward according to the Presidential decree of the Russian Federation of December 30, 2006 N1491 "About Increase in the Monetary Reward of Persons Replacing the State Positions of the Russian Federation";

to the citizens of the Russian Federation replacing positions in the office of Executive Committee of the Union of Belarus and Russia and the Secretariat of the Parliamentary Meeting of the Union of Belarus and Russia - proceeding from increase in the sizes of monthly salaries of federal government civil servants according to the Presidential decree of the Russian Federation of December 30, 2006 N1490 "About Increase in Salaries of Monthly Monetary Pay of Persons Replacing Positions of Federal Public Civil Service";

to the citizens of the Russian Federation replacing positions in Interstate economic committee of Economic union and Interstate statistical committee of the Commonwealth of Independent States - proceeding from increase in the size of the monetary reward of persons replacing the state positions of the Russian Federation according to the Presidential decree of the Russian Federation of December 30, 2006 N1491 and increases in the sizes of monthly salaries of federal government civil servants according to the Presidential decree of the Russian Federation of December 30, 2006 N1490;

b) financing of the expenses connected with implementation of this Decree.

2. This Decree becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
