These rules determine procedure for the conclusion, change, agreement cancelation about conditions of implementation of the regulated types of activity in the field of heat supply concluded by subjects of the Russian Federation, municipalities, and also the heatsupplying organization, the heatnetwork organization (further respectively - the regulated organizations, regulatory agreements, the parties of the regulatory agreement), including requirements to contents of regulatory agreements and the requirement for the regulated organizations, in case of compliance to which the regulated organizations have the right to sign regulatory agreements.
