Introduce for a period of six months quantitative restrictions (quotas) for export from the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the third countries and to the countries of the Eurasian Economic Union of sheep and goats live (code 0104 of the Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union) in number of 120 000 (hundred twenty thousand) heads of cowslip 4 months are more senior.
3. To the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation to inform the Eurasian economic commission on application of measures for realization of Item 2 of this order.
4. Declare invalid the order of the Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan of November 4, 2025 No. 415 "About some questions of evacuation of farm animals from the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 37342).
