The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Agree with the offer of the Ministry of Defence concerning realization during action of legal regime of warlike situation, but not longer than two years from the date of entry into force of this resolution, the pilot project on provision of the right to use technologies which can be applied in case of production of goods of defense appointment (further - the pilot project).

2. Approve the enclosed Procedure for implementation of the pilot project on provision of the right to use technologies which can be applied in case of production of goods of defense appointment.

3. Bring in item 4 of the Regulations on procedure for provision of powers on the right of implementation of export, military commodity import and the goods containing the data which are the state secret, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved by the resolution of June 8, 1998 No. 838 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 1998, No. 23, Art. 839; 2020, No. 92, Art. 2971; 2022, No. 25, Art. 1329; 2023, No. 75, the Art. 4239), change which is applied.

4. To the Ministry of Defence not later than in two months after completion of implementation of the pilot project to provide to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine:

"report on results of implementation of the pilot project;

"offers on entering of corresponding changes into legal acts by results of its realization.
