be reworded as follows Item 105:
"105. The private partner 1 independently chooses suppliers of construction materials, products, designs, the equipment which is subject to installation, equipping of object under construction according to the design and estimate documentation, furniture products. Under equal conditions of quality and delivery of products preference is given to the physical persons and legal entities which are in the register of producers of joint-stock company "National welfare fund "Samruk-Kazyna" and (or) the register of the Kazakhstan producers (the register on the basis of the statement) and (or) having the certificate of origin of the CT-KZ form and (or) the industrial certificate issued by National chamber of entrepreneurs of the Republic of Kazakhstan of Atameken. The certificate of origin of the CT-KZ form and the industrial certificate keep the action till January 1, 2026.".
2. To provide to department of investment policy and infrastructure development of the Ministry of Public Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
