1. Bring in the order of the Deputy prime minister - the Minister of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 30, 2023 No. 277 "About approval of Rules of payment of monetary compensations to the victims of mass political repressions" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 32965) the following changes:
part one and the second the subitem 3) of Item 3 to state in the following edition:
"3) the document confirming the right to monetary compensation (the certificate of rehabilitation from bodies of prosecutor's office or court resolution, with indication of the period of stay in the places specified in article 22 of the Law).
Children of the victims of mass political repressions in addition to the documents specified in this Item of Rules represent the certificate of birth or the statement from assembly record about state registration of the birth.".
2. To provide to department of the public assistance of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:
1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its official publication;
3) after execution of subitems 1) and 2) Item 2 of this order within three working days submission to Department of legal service of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on their execution.
