About approval of the Procedure for acquisition, deprivation, the termination and updating of the status of the subject of veteran entrepreneurship
According to part five of Article 5 and part three of article 6 of the Law of Ukraine "About veteran entrepreneurship" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Approve the Procedure for acquisition, deprivation, termination and updating of the status of the subject of veteran entrepreneurship which is applied.
2. To the ministries, other central executive bodies within three months from the date of entry into force of this resolution to bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this resolution.
3. This resolution becomes effective along with the Law of Ukraine "About veteran entrepreneurship".
