1. 2. Determine that provisions of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 24, 2022 "Some questions of implementation of allowing and registration procedures in construction in the conditions of warlike situation" regarding the changes made by this resolution are not applied No. 722 in case town-planning documentation contains the base of geospatial these (geodata) developed according to the requirements established by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 9, 2021 No. 632 "About determination of format of electronic documents of comprehensive plan of space development of the territory of territorial community, the master plan of the settlement, the detailed plan of the territory" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2021, No. 51, of the Art. 3152).
