About modification of appendix 1 to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 31, 2025 No. 1795

1. Bring in appendix 1 to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 31, 2025 No. 1795 "About approval of inventories which export and import is subject to licensing and quotas for 2026" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2026, No. 7, the Art. 617) change which is applied.

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.

Notes to appendix to add with Item 3 following of content:

"3. Amount of the export quota of goods by codes it agrees UKTVED 7204, 7404 00 does not extend to export of such goods which is performed based on the licenses granted by Ministry of Economics to subjects of foreign economic activity which according to the created electronic trading system of the protocol on results of electronic auction are winners of the electronic auctions held in December, 2025 selling such goods according to the Procedure for alienation and transfer to lease (employment) of property of economic societies in which authorized capital more than 50 percent of shares (shares) belong to the state or other legal entity the single participant (founder) of which the state, No. 1032 approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 22, 2023 "Some questions of alienation and transfer to lease (employment) of property of economic societies is, in which authorized capital more than 50 percent of shares (shares) belong to the state or other legal entity, the single participant (founder) of which is the state" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2023, No. 95, Art. 5638; 2025, No. 78, Art. 5370).

The export license of the goods specified in this Item of notes is issued within amount of the goods acquired by appropriate subject of foreign economic activity by results of electronic auction.

Consideration of requests for receipt of export licenses of the goods specified in this Item of notes is performed according to the procedure, certain Ministry of Economics. For receipt of the license the applicant subject of foreign economic activity together with the request submits to Ministry of Economics the copy of the protocol on results of electronic auction about purchase of goods, the agreement signed by results of such auction, and the delivery-acceptance certificate of the goods or other document confirming transfer of goods according to the agreement.".
