1. According to the procedure of delivery of goods of defense appointment during the special period, introduction of emergency state, holding actions for ensuring national security and defense, repulse and control of the armed aggression and during the conducting anti-terrorist operation approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 25, 2015 No. 345 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2015, No. 44, Art. 1372; 2021, No. 20, Art. 855; 2022, No. 80, Art. 4861; 2023, No. 85, Art. 4919; 2024, No. 2, Art. 33):
Item 15-1 to state 1) in the following edition:
"15-1. During warlike situation by results of studying of the tactical technical characteristics of samples of goods of defense appointment, acquaintance with results of testing and specifications declared by developer like goods of defense appointment the state customer performs codification of subject of delivery and enters it into states and sheets.
Specifications on samples of goods of defense appointment are developed, affirm the producer, are brought in the main fund of specifications of Ukraine and the electronic database "Specifications of Ukraine" by the State company belonging to the sphere of management of Ministry of Economics and do not require approval or approval of the Ministry of Defence, other state bodies.";
