WE ORDER:
1. Recognize invalid:
the order of the State committee of Ukraine concerning regulatory policy and entrepreneurship and the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of December 12, 2002 No. 128/1037 "About approval of Licensed conditions of implementation of economic activity on release and carrying out lotteries and the Procedure for control of observance of licensed conditions of implementation of economic activity on release and carrying out lotteries", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on December 25, 2002 at No. 1005/7293;
the order of the State committee of Ukraine concerning regulatory policy and entrepreneurship and the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of June 23, 2004 No. 75/419 "About modification of Licensed conditions of implementation of economic activity on release and carrying out lotteries", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on July 08, 2004 at No. 851/9450;
the order of the State committee of Ukraine concerning regulatory policy and entrepreneurship and the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of September 22, 2005 No. 82/649 "About approval of Changes and amendments to Licensed conditions of implementation of economic activity on release and carrying out lotteries", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on October 11, 2005 at No. 1180/11460.
