About introduction of amendments to some orders

I ORDER:

1. Approve the enclosed list of some orders to which changes are made (further - the List).

2. To provide to department of the state support and protection of entrepreneurship of the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan and its placement on Internet resource of the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan after day of its first official publication.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-minister of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This order becomes effective since July 12, 2026 and is subject to official publication, except for Item 1, of paragraphs of the fourth, fifth, tenth and eleventh Item 2 of the List which become effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.

The list of some orders to which changes are made

1. Bring in the order of the Minister of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 20, 2023 No. 119 "About approval of the Technique of implementation of efficiency analysis of non-financial measures of support of subjects of private entrepreneurship and the population with entrepreneurial initiative" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 32872) the following change:

in the Technique of implementation of efficiency analysis of non-financial measures of support of subjects of private entrepreneurship and the population with entrepreneurial initiative:
