About modification of some regulatory legal acts of the National Bank of Ukraine
According to Articles 7, of 15, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", the subitem 2 of Item 3 of the Section II of the Law of Ukraine of June 03, 2025 No. 4465-IX "About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning development of financial inklyuziya in Ukraine", for the purpose of reduction of some regulatory legal acts of the National Bank of Ukraine in compliance with requirements of the legislation of Ukraine the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine decides:
1. Bring in Regulations on certification of persons on the right of implementation of temporary administration of the non-bank financial institution approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of December 21, 2020 No. 162 (with changes), the following changes:
1) in the text of the Provision of the word of "the official Internet representation", "official Internet representation" to replace respectively with words of" Official Internet representative office of National Bank", "Official Internet representation";
Shall be replaced with words 2) in appendix 2 to word Provision of "official Internet representation" "Official Internet representation".
2. In the text of the Regulations on requirements to structure of property in the market of financial and payment services approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of April 14, 2021 No. 30 (in edition of the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of November 07, 2025 No. 135), words "pages of official Internet representation", "official Internet representation" to replace respectively with words to "the page of Official Internet representation", "Official Internet representation".
