About approval of the List of the medicines allowed for use in Ukraine which are released without recipes
(Extraction)

(as amended of the Order of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine of 07.04.2026 No. 468)

According to article 21 of the Law of Ukraine of April 04, 1996 No. 123/96-BP "About medicines" and for the purpose of streamlining of leave of medicines.

I ORDER:

1. Approve the List of the medicines allowed for use in Ukraine which are released without the enclosed recipes.

2. Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine of May 05, 2023 No. 848 "About approval of the List of the medicines allowed for use in Ukraine, released without recipes from drugstores and their structural divisions", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on May 22, 2023 at No. 854/39910.

3. To provide to pharmaceutical management (Alexander Gritsenko):

1) submission of this order in accordance with the established procedure on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;

2) promulgation of this order after its state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister Evgeny Gonchar.

5. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
