According to part five of article 10 of the Law of Ukraine "About state regulation of activities for the organization and carrying out gamblings", Item 2 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 07, 2026 No. 9 "About approval of the Procedure for use of means of the government budget for holding controlled game", Item 8 of the Regulations on the State agency of Ukraine Pleysiti approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 02, 2025 No. 505,
I ORDER:
1. Approve the Procedure for involvement of the third parties to holding controlled game which is applied.
2. To provide to legal support department in the procedure established by the legislation submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. To department of organizational support to promulgate this order after its state registration.
4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
5. I reserve control over the implementation of this order.
