Some questions of crossing of frontier by citizens of Ukraine

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Bring in Item 2-14 of the Rules of crossing of frontier by citizens of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 27, 1995 No. 57 (ZP of Ukraine, 1995, No. 4, Art. 92; Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2010, No. 65, Art. 2239; 2023, No. 14, Art. 889; 2025, No. 76, the Art. 5224) changes which are applied.

2. To the ministries, central and to local executive bodies, other state bodies, local government bodies, heads of subjects of managing to submit to three-day time in Administration of the State Border Service updated lists of persons specified in Item 2-14 of the Rules of crossing of frontier by citizens of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 27, 1995 No. 57, taking into account the changes made by this resolution with indication of surname, name, middle name (in the presence) of person, birth dates to post and further in case of staff changes to submit updated information no later than the next day after adoption of the relevant decision.
