The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Bring in appendix 2 to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 30, 2002 No. 1298 "About compensation of workers on the basis of single scale of charges of categories and coefficients on compensation of employees of organizations, institutions and the organizations of separate industries of the budget sphere" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2002, No. 36, Art. 1699; 2026, No. 7, the Art. 613) the enclosed change.

2. Approve enclosed:

the scheme of official pay rates of employees of the Center of training of participants of the electoral processes (in coefficients);

rates of hourly pay of work of persons involved in trainer's (teaching) activities in the Center of training of participants of the electoral processes (further - the Center).

3. Grant the right within the approved salary fund:

1) to the director of the Center:

establish to employees of the Center:

official pay rates according to the scheme of official pay rates approved by this resolution;

the allowance for high achievements in work or for accomplishment of especially important work at the rate to 50 percent of official pay rate.

In case of untimely task performance, quality degradation of work and violation of labor discipline the specified allowance is cancelled or its size decreases;

surcharge (except the deputy director, the head of the structural unit) for fulfillment of duties of temporarily absent workers of the same categories - to 50 percent of official pay rate on principle place of employment with use on the specified purpose to 50 percent of official pay rate of the absent worker;

perform awarding of employees of the Center according to their personal deposit in general results of work within fund of awarding and economy of the salary fund.
