Issue of documents of the state sample on secondary professional education, appendices to the diploma about secondary professional education, the academic reference

1. Documents of the state sample on secondary professional education (the diploma about secondary professional education (basic level), the diploma about secondary professional education (the increased level), appendix to the diploma about secondary professional education and the academic reference which forms are approved by the order of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation of December 21, 2006 N333 (it is registered by the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation on January 26, 2007, registration N 8855), are issued, since May 1, 2007 on specialties of secondary professional education on which the educational institution realizing educational 9 programs of secondary professional education (daleeobrazovatelny organization) has the state accreditation.

1.1. In case the educational institution is liquidated, duplicates of documents of the state sample on secondary professional education, appendices to the diploma, the academic reference are issued by state bodies of management of education of subjects of the Russian Federation in the territory of which there was the liquidated educational institution, according to Items 1.4.1 - 1.4.4 these Instructions.

2. The diplomas issued till January 1, 2008 are not subject to exchange for diplomas of new sample (except diplomas of persons which changed the name (surname, middle name).
