1. Approve the enclosed Regulations on differentiation of powers of the federal executive bodies participating in accomplishment of the international obligations of the Russian Federation in the field of chemical disarmament.

2. Declare invalid the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of November 17, 2000 No. 1627-r (The Russian Federation Code, 2000, No. 48, the Art. 4717).

Regulations on differentiation of powers of the federal executive bodies participating in accomplishment of the international obligations of the Russian Federation in the field of chemical disarmament

1. This Provision establishes powers of federal executive bodies in case of accomplishment of the international obligations of the Russian Federation by them in the field of chemical disarmament.

2. The Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation performs the following powers:

Develops 1) and realizes state policy within the competence, and also performs normative legal regulation in the field of defense industry complex, technical regulation, science and technology for the benefit of defense and safety of the state in case of accomplishment of the international obligations of the Russian Federation in the field of chemical disarmament;

2) introduces to the Government of the Russian Federation drafts of the Federal Laws, regulatory legal acts of the President of the Russian Federation and the Government of the Russian Federation and other documents according to which the solution of the Government of the Russian Federation is required, concerning chemical disarmament, carried to the sphere of maintaining the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation and to spheres of maintaining federal agency subordinated to it;
